NUX's modern-tech DSP yields a perfect combination of both worlds: analog and digital. To achieve all of the objectives, engineers had to develop an algorithm that mimics the principles of BBD chips -- the key component of Analog Chorus effects. Quality-grade BBD chips in large mass have become incredibly rare, so this method is not practical for making an affordable analog chorus device.

Chorus: A chorus is basically a pitch generator which mixes multiple delay signals. When the multiple delay signals are mixed with the original signal, a soft and wide sounding modulation effect is created.

P.M.: A combination of chorus and pitch vibrato which creates a "light" chorus sound.

FLG: A flanger is based on the same principle as a chorus, although here the signal can be regenerated (like adding feedback on a delay) creating a more distinctive sounding effect.
